01. Definitions and Interpretations
Please read the definitions below carefully to understand how the following terms are used throughout these terms and conditions.
- "Platform" — The 77zk website (77zk.bar) and all services, games, and activities operated under it.
- "User" or "You" — Any person who has registered on or is using the 77zk platform.
- "We" or "77zk" — The authority operating the platform.
- "Account" — A personal user account created by registering on the 77zk platform.
- "Bonus" — Any promotional credit, free spins, or other benefit granted by 77zk.
- "Wagering Requirement" — The number of times a bonus must be wagered before any winnings from it can be withdrawn.
- "Terms" — All rules, provisions, and guidelines set out in this document.
02. Service Eligibility
To use the services on the 77zk platform, you must meet the following requirements:
2.1 Age Requirement
77zk services are available to individuals aged 21 and above only. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited. We may request relevant documents at any time to verify age. Providing false information will result in the account and any funds held in it being forfeited.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each user may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses held in them will be fully cancelled.
2.3 Personal Use
A 77zk account may only be used for personal entertainment. Operating an account for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
03. Account Registration and Management
3.1 Registration Process
When opening an account on the 77zk platform, you must provide accurate and complete information. Incomplete or incorrect information may prevent account verification and could result in cancellation of services.
3.2 Password and Security
Keep your account password completely confidential and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the 77zk support team immediately. The full responsibility of keeping the account secure rests with the user.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
77zk reserves the right to verify a user's identity before processing withdrawals or in the event of any suspicious activity. This may include a national ID card, passport, or other documents. If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
3.4 Updating Account Information
If your contact details or payment method changes, update your account immediately. 77zk will not be responsible for any disruption to services caused by outdated information.
04. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
77zk currently accepts deposits through the most popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.
4.2 Withdrawal Process
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified method on the account.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
- The applicable wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- 77zk reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
- Funds related to a transaction under investigation may be placed on hold.
4.4 Transaction Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions involving foreign currency, the prevailing exchange rate may apply.
05. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
77zk offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. This bonus is automatically credited to eligible accounts.
5.2 Bonus Examples
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳18,000 → Maximum ৳8,000 bonus → Total balance ৳26,000
5.3 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement must be met before any winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
5.4 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus may only be claimed once — it cannot be claimed more than once on the same account, the same device, or the same IP address.
- If a user is found to have engaged in any manipulation or fraudulent activity after receiving a bonus, the bonus and all winnings earned through it will be cancelled.
- 77zk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash; they may only be used in games.
5.5 Other Promotions
From time to time, 77zk may offer special tournaments, cashback, or other promotions. Each such offer will have its own terms, which will be communicated along with the offer.
06. Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play
77zk is committed to ensuring the highest standard of fair play. All our games use independently verified Random Number Generators (RNG), which keep every outcome completely impartial.
6.2 Betting Limits
Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet amount. Exceeding the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, 77zk will settle the game based on its last confirmed state. 77zk reserves the right to recover any rewards paid due to a system malfunction or credits issued in error.
6.4 Sports Betting
All applicable rules apply when participating in sports markets. If an event is cancelled or altered, the bet amount may be refunded or settled according to the circumstances.
07. VIP Program
77zk has a five-tier VIP program for loyal players. Weekly cashback and other benefits apply at each tier.

08. Prohibited Activities
Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in the account being closed immediately, and all funds may be forfeited:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Engaging in money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
- Abusing the bonus system — for example, attempting to meet bonus wagering requirements using artificially low-risk bets.
- Attempting to access the platform through hacking, malware, or any other technical means.
- Using or stealing another user's account credentials.
- Collusion or placing coordinated bets.
- Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward the platform.
- Using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
09. Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 Closure by User
You may close your 77zk account at any time. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. It may not be possible to reopen an account once it has been closed.
9.2 Suspension or Closure by 77zk
77zk reserves the right to suspend or fully close an account in the following circumstances:
- Any breach of these terms.
- Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- An account that has been inactive for an extended period.
- A legal order or regulatory requirement.
9.3 Balance of a Suspended Account
Bonus funds in accounts closed due to terms violations may be forfeited. However, whether valid deposited funds are returned will depend on the outcome of the investigation.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Nature of Service
The 77zk platform operates for entertainment purposes. Gaming and betting activities carry financial risk, and users participate with full awareness of that risk.
10.2 Liability for Losses

- Any financial loss arising from gaming activities.
- Losses caused by internet disconnection.
